Attacks with sharp or pointed objects (knife, spike, screwdriver), slashing and multiple successive strikes.
High strength, low weight
UHMWPE fibres are very strong yet much lighter than steel or aramid.
Flexibility and comfort
Stays flexible and does not restrict movement during long wear.
Moisture and chemical resistant
Does not absorb moisture and resists most chemicals, oils and solvents.
Abrasion resistant
Excellent resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion.
Long service life
Does not corrode, rot or degrade from mildew.
