Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data we collect when you use spectrasol.hr and the webshop at shop.spectrasol.hr, why we collect it and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Contact form and e-mail: your name, e-mail address and the content of your enquiry. If you write or call us directly, the data you give us.
• Webshop: data needed for the order and invoice (name, address, e-mail, phone, order details). Card payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not see or store card data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, logged by the server for security and operation of the site.

Why and on what basis

• Answering enquiries and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Processing and delivering orders: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Invoicing and keeping business records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Protecting the site from abuse and spam: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer them and for follow-up business communication, and no longer than two years after the last contact unless the enquiry leads to a contract. Invoices and order records are kept for the periods required by law.

Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. It may be processed only by our processors who provide hosting, e-mail, payment and delivery services, and only for those purposes. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.) to block automated messages; Google processes technical data about your device and use of the site for this.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies needed for it to work: recognising your session and chosen language, form security, the webshop cart and sign-in, and a record that you accepted the cookie notice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Send requests to info@spectrasol.hr. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
